Introduction & Acceptance
1.1 — General Description
hck44 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "hck44") is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the hck44 platform and its users ("members" or "you").

2.2 — One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, hck44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses and winnings.
2.3 — Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms. hck44 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information or documents will result in the account remaining suspended.
2.4 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the hck44 support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
hck44 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 — Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if wagering requirements have not been completed.
3.3 — Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal request:
- Account identity must be fully verified.
- The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
- It is recommended that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method.
- There must be no active investigation or dispute on the account.
3.4 — Transaction Failures
hck44 will not be held responsible for transaction failures caused by payment gateways or banking systems. If a deposited amount is not reflected in your account, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500.
Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets required to withdraw bonus winnings.
Bonus Eligibility
The welcome bonus applies only once per account. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
4.1 — Basis for Bonus Calculation
Wagering requirements are always calculated on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳22,500 in bets must be placed to make the bonus winnings withdrawable.
4.2 — Right to Cancel Bonuses
hck44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following situations:
- When bonuses are claimed via multiple accounts or by members of the same household.
- In cases of abuse of the bonus system or any fraudulent activity.
- If evidence of a violation of these Terms is found.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements have been met.
4.3 — VIP Program
hck44 has three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, the Silver tier offers up to 0.7%, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers step by step based on their volume of play and activity. VIP benefits are at hck44's discretion and are subject to change.
Gaming Rules
5.1 — Fair Play Policy
hck44 ensures complete fairness and transparency in all games. The outcomes of all games are verified and technically unbiased. If any member has doubts about a game outcome, they can report the matter through the support team.
5.2 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Playing games using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting any technical error or bug in a game.
- Playing games through collusion with other members.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Engaging in harassing behavior in chat or the gaming environment.
5.3 — Technical Errors
If a game session is interrupted due to a system error, server issue or network disruption, hck44 will make every possible effort to recover the session. However, hck44's liability for all technical issues is limited. In such cases, the decision of the support team will be considered final.
5.4 — Special Rules for Sports Betting
When placing bets on approved markets in cricket and other sports betting, members must participate honestly and with integrity. Placing bets based on any match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If such suspicious activity is detected, the associated bets will be voided.
Responsible Gaming & Limitations
6.1 — Self-Limitation Tools

Account Suspension & Closure

In the event of any violation of these Terms, hck44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the bonus balance may be forfeited. However, the return of verified real deposits will be considered.
9.2 — Account Closure at Member's Own Request
